Morning Mindfulness Meditation with Maria
Register your interest for a one hour mindfulness session, once a week in the mornings before work. When we have 8 people keen we will set a day of the week and timing that best suits the group and get going! $10 per session for six weeks. Can be ongoing if the group decides.

About the Event
Mindful meditations help raise our vibration of positive mind attitude. It is a time to silence the mind and engage with the heart, allowing the practitioner to connect internally on a deeper level.
