A ONE DAY PRACTICUM ON DISCOVERING ‘PLACE-SOURCED POTENTIAL’
Specifically designed for:
• The Regenerative Practitioner Course graduates who would like to practice using the frameworks learned on the TRP course.
• Colleagues and friends of TRP course graduates who are interested in getting a taster of what regenerative thinking is.
• Building the TRP network of practice.
Beginning with a delicious buffet breakfast with spectacular views of the harbour and city sky-scrapers and then descending into the humble, grass-roots beginnings of a brand new not-for-pro t organisation dedicated to peace building, this will be a day to experience the diversity of influence that informs our work as Regenerative Practitioners. Through the morning we will hear, experience and explore the stories of downtown Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland and specifically Emily Place – touching on a range of perspectives which include the ecological, indigenous and settler histories as well as current demographics and predictive future influences. In the afternoon, we will use Regenerative Frameworks to process what we have experienced through the morning and then together generate a range of ‘Place- Sourced Potential’ concepts which can then be used by staff and trustees of the Peace Place to inform their strategic development going forward.
